Exam Attendance and Online Proctored Exams
When should I plan to start my exam?
For test center exams, it’s advisable to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a lack of exam availability or a refund denial.
For online proctored exams, log in 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow the proctor sufficient time for check-in, photo ID verification, and to ensure a clean workspace.
Test Center Requirements
What should I bring to the test center?
Bring two forms of identification: one with your photo and signature and another with your signature.
Items such as food, laptops, backpacks, notepads, pens, books, phones, pagers, watches, wallets, and personal items are not permitted in the test area. The test centers offer secure storage for personal items during the exam.
Exam Results and Digital Badges
How will I be informed of my certification exam results?
Results are displayed immediately after completing the exam, and a score report is sent to the email used during registration.
Within 24-48 hours post-certification, an email from Credly.com will invite you to claim your digital badge. Follow the instructions to set up your Credly account and share your accomplishments.
Beta exam scores are available 8 to 10 weeks later, with passing candidates receiving their digital badge via email notification.
Retaking Certification Exams
Can I retake a certification exam?
Yes, you are allowed unlimited retakes. Each retake requires a full payment of the exam fee. Please note that beta exams have limited availability and may not be retaken.
Obtaining Certificates and Logos
Where can I access my certificate and logo after passing my certification exam?
Access your exam history and score reports by logging into Pearson VUE and navigating to the “My Account” menu.
Credly provides digital badges and certificates for Qlik Product Certifications. An email from Credly, sent 24-48 hours after passing, includes instructions to accept your digital badge and access your certificate. For assistance with digital badge acceptance, contact Credly support.
Certification Expiry
Do certifications have an expiration date?
No, certifications do not expire. New exams are regularly released, and each certification is assigned a version number. Older certifications are naturally phased out over time as newer versions are introduced.
